One thing I have really enjoyed over the last few years is observing the Black Friday craziness.  Notice I said “observe.”  Last year was the best so far, I stayed up all night to secure a 42″ Polaroid LCD HDTV for under $500….at that time it was the cheapest any 42″ TV had ever been offered.  It was my only gift of the season…but the it was also the top item on my list.

This year, I am in the market for a few “smaller” ticket items….new cellphone, a netbook, and a 32″ HDTV for our bedroom.  I am sure I won’t get all three, but I will definitely be happy with two out of three!

Well, my success online last year got me thinking….how many of us would like to walk around the store on Black Friday with no pressure?  What if we already purchased what we needed for gifts and just wanted to see what else we could come across in the stores?  If we find a golden nugget, we buy it….if not, no big deal.  That thinking inspired me to put together some links for some of the best deals I can find on the web.  I will post them in two sections….Early Bird Specials & Black Friday Deals.  Early bird specials are all the rave by retailers now….so I don’t want you guys to miss out on thos too.
